Leitz has a global presence with seven of its own production sites and 38 sales and service locations. The parent company is Leitz GmbH & Co. KG in Oberkochen, Germany. With its tools, tool systems, services and digital solutions, the product range covers all industries for processing wood, wood-based materials and state-of-the-art materials. The customer spectrum ranges from craft businesses to industrial companies and large corporations. As a full-range supplier, Leitz offers the complete spectrum of machine-driven precision tools for standard and special applications. Leitz is equally represented in solid wood processing, such as for window manufacturers or in timber construction, as well as in panel processing. Leitz's core competences include a range of tools for the efficient processing of state-of-the-art materials, so-called advanced materials, such as CFRP or other composite materials. Through intensive cooperation with its sister companies Bilz and Boehlerit, Leitz is able to offer coordinated and optimised solutions from a single source.
