Web-based process management

Numerous companies and businesses use simple checklists on clipboards or complex Excel spreadsheets on local end devices to carry out the necessary data collection and documentation in process management. This decentralised recording and insecure storage, with its potential sources of error in the manual classification and transfer of data, is replaced by the use of the "IQM Platform", which is available as a SaaS solution.
The "IQM Platform" automates the structured capture and subsequent classification of various documents and data in different locations in order to secure and distribute industry- and company-specific documentation for process management in one central location. Redundant activities and potential sources of error are thus avoided from the outset.
Projects already in progress can be processed and transferred promptly, taking into account the structures used and familiar processes. Users can therefore find their way around immediately and follow up on all processes directly.
Specific software installations for the stationary use of the "IQM platform" on the desktop are not required; current web browsers and temporary internet access are sufficient. Applications for Android and iOS enable mobile use via smartphone or tablet, whereby recorded data is stored locally and later synchronised online.

Conclusion

  • IQM as SaaS: No software installation is necessary for IQM. An up-to-date browser and Internet access are sufficient.
  • IQM can be used offline: The smartphone and tablet apps can be used on site, with the data being stored locally and synchronised online later.
  • IQM is flexibly configurable: company-specific processes and differentiated roles and rights can be customised as required and supplemented with additional statistics, deadline notifications and email distribution lists.
  • IQM can be used immediately: We can also process ongoing projects and transfer them to IQM promptly. Structures already in use are taken into account, allowing users to quickly find their way around and track processes in real time in the future.
